Why are we different than other travel agents?

Simple. We listen and we come to you. Tell us where you want to meet and we’ll be there with our contacts, expertise and passion for travel. Together we work out the perfect plan for you. Whatever your travel style, we will find what you want and get you there. Adventure? Culture? Serenity? We know where to find it all and we know how to get the best deals. And when you are off on your adventure, we are still here 24/7 to help you with any hiccups that occur along the way. You will have the same agent for the entire journey!

We’ll meet you at a coffee shop or in the comfort of your own home. Instead of you taking precious hours sifting through the endless amount of information online, we’ll take care of that for you at no cost.

There’s no Hippocratic oath for travel agents, but if there were, we think it should be “First make sure there’s no stress”. How do we do that? First, we listen. We don’t package holidays and sell them on to groups of people. We find out who you are and then we put together a plan and go out and find what you need. No two holidays should be the same.

Our personal service is truly personal

As a Member of Travel Trust Association your holiday is a 100% protected.This is never more important than when we’ve booked your dream holiday in some exotic place and the Foreign Office issues a sudden advisory against traveling there. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday and keep you safe. Then we’ll do our very best to create a new holiday for you within your price range. If that’s not possible (perhaps the travel is imminent or a new holiday can’t be found in your range), we’ll offer you the option of cancelling your holiday with a full refund.
